All Sales Final
To ensure the safety and quality of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Once a food product has left our facility, we cannot accept it back for resale.
Taste Preferences
Please note that taste is subjective. Because our products are food items, we cannot offer refunds or replacements if you simply do not care for the flavor, texture, or if the product does not match your personal expectations of traditional animal-based caviar.
Damages & Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our product. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with quality issues, we will make it right.

Reporting: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at hello@zeroecaviar.com within 72 hours of delivery.

Proof: To process a replacement or refund, we require a photo of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging or product) and your order number.

Resolution: We will happily send a replacement or issue a refund for verified quality issues.
Order Modifications & Cancellations (The 30-Minute Rule)
Our fulfillment system is automated to process orders immediately for fast shipping.

30-Minute Window:

If you need to cancel or change your address, you must email hello@zeroecaviar.com within 30 minutes of placing your order.

After 30 Minutes: Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot edit the shipping address or cancel the shipment.

Incorrect Addresses: Zeroe Caviar is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, a reshipping fee may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Zeroe Caviar is not responsible for packages that are stolen or damaged after they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address where someone can receive the package.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be disposed of by the carrier. Because we cannot recover the product, refused shipments are not eligible for a refund.
